Jocelyn Jonas

Jocelyn is a member of the corporate and securities practice groups of Outside Counsel Solutions.  She joined OCS in August of 2009.  Her practice focuses on compliance matters.

Representative Matters

• Representing a public company in its Corporate Securities and Corporate Governance compliance.
• Acting as advisor to Boards of Directors and their Committees including the maintenance of Committee charters, preparation of Board and Committee meeting agendas and materials associated therewith, and the drafting of D&O Questionnaires.
• Assisting companies in the maintenance of their corporate books, including the upkeep of company charters, by-laws, stock certificates and the drafting and maintenance of corporate resolutions and Board minutes
• Assisted a public company it its dividend to stockholders.
